poor soundproofing fluctuating shower
My stay had a couple of downsides. I noticed the soundproofing wasn't great (I could hear everything from adjacent rooms). I had an issue with the shower. It fluctuated between hot and cold, which wasn't particularly comfortable. I think they should address these problems.

Excellent Beachside Stay
helpful staff immaculate room breakfast variety
The reception staff were helpful. They quickly addressed my questions. The daily cleaning service kept my room immaculate! I appreciated the fresh towels and super clean surfaces. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, including fresh fruit and pastries.

Acceptable Stay, Minor Disappointment
convenient location friendly staff inadequate cleaning unclean debris
The hotel had a location that was pretty convenient. Many shops and restaurants were easily accessible. The staff I interacted with were friendly and happy to assist.
Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned. I found some debris under the bed, a detail that really should have been addressed before my arrival. This was certainly not ideal.

Really good Beachfront Stay

The hotel is NEAR the beachfront, a definite plus for beach lovers. I was happy to have a safe in my room and the towels were changed daily. The staff was very friendly. They accommodated an early check-in at 11am.
Soundproofing between rooms NEEDS attention. I could hear neighbors showering and watching television.

The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. Reception staff showed accommodation and were able to provide an early check-in. The staff greets guests warmly and attends to their needs.
